Low power computer

Hey gents is there a sbc or extremely low power computer cost effective that can run 1440p at 60hz. I don't need it for gaming or anything just to display videos and web pages. I don't feel like buying a high end computer just for a glorified info display purpose. If it could handle videos via YouTube that'd be nice too

Finally For OP:

> Not high end
What the actual fuck OP. Just get a 1080p 60ghz laptop. You don't need 1440p on the fucking go. Also 1440p 60ghz laptop screen not being priced high end is a fucking joke. FFS.

Some nuc, they support 4k already.
