Keep in mind these are normal prices now. They often go on sale for around $200. Depends how much of a hurry you are in.
With 4K and hdr there is very little content that takes advantage of it and in a year or two those tv's will also be under $300 instead of the current over a thousand for hdr.

Whatever works. My sceptre looks good. Keep in mind not to fall for the smart tv meme. Roku is cheap and better if you want that function and my sceptre has a hdmi port and usb specifically for it.

Keep in mind despite what the reviews say this does not support hdr meaning it is an 8 bit panel, not 10 bit. However it will still take a signal from an hdr device. It just doesn't use the extra color info.
