Quebec has the SAQ and they have competitive prices and all revenue contribute to the budget of the province. Liquor is the only thing that is exclusive to the SAQ, and they carry all the fancy foreign wines you wont find in the supermarket.
Ontario however have the jew Beer Store which is actually a PRIVATELY owned corporation that has a monopoly over beer sales in Ontario and charges far more than in Quebec, its enraging and I dont drink when Im in ontario for that reason.
