yeah pretty funny

That's what happens when retards use shit sites.

Not as bad as when imageshack wiped all their data.

yeah, unfortunately there were loads of retards using that site though and posting shit to forums so it's all gone and some of them are dead so it's never coming back.

Who still uses photobucket in 2017?

nobody, but lots of people used it in the past

eBay sellers. Well at least they were, out of habit, until now.

This is what will become of all the imgur links and embeds by 2025

If you browser 2000 forum web, will find any outside resource is dead.

>tfw it already happens

Kill yourself, you shit brained fucktard.

that was a shame
shit started getting slow as fuck towards the end too.

>It's estimated that by 2025 there will be free unlimited cloud hosting for everyone with ads.

>keep telling people to not use photobucket
>they still use it
>photobucket starts telling people to not use photobucket
based

>This is what will become of all the imgur links and embeds by 2025

>imgur still exists in 2025.
>there will be a free and open intenet in 2025.

Better check your worldline.

imageshack all over again

>entire fucking forums of just this

imagine when imgur wipes all their shit

that happens only when someone ass imgur to delete the image or if the uploader deletes it

>what's wrong with it?

who?

The NSA should provide free image hosting. They are going to collect all the memes and usage anyway. Save a step

My tinypic images from 2007 still work, photocucket BTFO

Why did people even use photobucket? It's terribly slow with bloated scripts.
Since the first time I browsed an album on there, I always tried to avoid it when looking for pictures.
Somehow it became very popular.

Well that's one way of guaranteeing that your company will go bankrupt within the year.

> Wanna use this image hosting site for images on your forum post? Pay us.
> Wanna browse your image on the site without getting malware from shit ads? Pay us.
> Want us to not downscale your photo to an 800 by 600, 10% quality JPEG? Pay us.
> Want customer support for something that is supposed to "just werk"? Pay us.
> Want to be able to host as many images with us as you can for free with one of our competitors? Pay us.
> As a thank you for paying us, we offer you these unspecified "promo opportunities"

this, every time i accidentally land on photobucket, i go back and find another source well before it has a chance to load (not hard considering how fucking slow it is)

There are only two rules on the internet:

1. Save everything you like, because it won't be there tomorrow.
2. Anything you post is there forever and will never disappear.

> 2. Anything you post is there forever and will never disappear.

Unless you host it on photobucket.

2 is more in reference to things like posting nudes and saying racist stuff on forums, and is not meant to be taken as a cloud-backup endorsement.

Real fuckin annoying when I'm trying to read up on designs on a forum from years ago about foundry propane burners

the harder you try to remove something, the harder it is to remove
