Should've left it to the fag AMD shill with the cube to make this thread.

Love it user

nice mobo, missing its vrm heatsinks

3/10

hyper nice build to enter the cyber

you mean me? i haven't made it recently because my 1800x died. you might have seen me in other threads talking about how two cores of my 1800x have fault cache spewing out whea errors with "cpu hierarchy cache faults."

requested a warranty replacement and amd accepted. email me my fedex return slip today. i might actually go back to intel.

ran it at stock.. always keep my crosshair update when people on the overclock.net crosshair thread said it was safe. never overclocked. pretty sadden tbqh. so thinking of using this as an opportunity to build a new rig.

maybe another micro-atx again. i have a fractal design node 804 that i use to use with a 6700k.

...

and here is my node case when i had my 6700k.

i really loved it. sadly my asus z170 gene had three sata port fail. i blamed the heat from the house fire 980 ti i had shoved in there. when that thing kicked on my ram shot up 20c. could only imagine the amount of heat pouring on the sata ports.

speaking of house fires he is a pic of my old 390 crosshair house fire edition i had.

the heat from both cards killed each other after a month. no joke.

>oval cooler
Intel is quite retarded with their cooling solutions.

...

You made like 20 gut threads in the last couple weeks man. You made one just a couple days ago shilling amd and got salty your giant cube annoyed everyone.

...

there you go

They finally added Ryzen support to Speccy. Took them long enough :)

And before someone points out the high temperatures, I'm encoding h.265 videos in HandBrake and the RX 400 series graphics cards doesn't downclock when multiple monitors are used for some reason. The RX 500 series doesn't have this problem though.

I love it

R8/H8

nice tubes

Thanks bro, I'm still not completely happy with them though

too lazy to cable manage

0/10 because of intel hardware backoor cpu

:(
This system was built in 2016 before Ryzen came out, you suggest I should have chosen an FX?

>1.75L

Seriously don't buy those Jewish bottles.
1½L or 2L only

it cost me £1. when the 500ml bottle cost £1.50.
so yeah.

It is a marketing trick to shrink the bottles.

It's been a while.

10/10 for the skeletor on one of the GPU's

...

...

Any moar user ?
Specs ? Look really nice!!!

Should I paint my pci and memory slots in white to mactch the colors or should I wait 2 years or so to buy a new motherboard and cpu? I'm currently running an I7 4790K and at the end of this year I'm going to add an water cooler and a new gpu (not going to wait for Volta). What do you think?

if you have the option to paint, definitely paint it, will look a lot better.

...

Really awesome! Did your GPU sagged ? Or was it more a preventing purpose ?

My 1070 seems to hold well so far.

Its a pretty heavy card so i got it just in case. It doesn't sag surprisingly, but I don't want it growing one.

I get that! Thanks user!
Really nice build!

Thanks! whats the specs on yours?

...

Yeah it died four days ago. I was salty that thread because it had just died that day I made it.

I think OP's picture's stretched horizzontally

It works. Was waiting for the RX Vega, but it seems it's a huge power hog compared to the 1080. I don't know now. May just continue sitting on my 980ti. Maybe now I'll overclock it...

yooo

The WD blue drive and green lettering on the gpu throw off the overall black and grey aesthetic you have going on. It's really cool otherwise. Those fans are the Corsair ones yea? They're nice, but fuck me expensive.

All that money just for a blower style graphics card? why?

No. AMD has backdoors aswell. Use an old opteron.

...

...

who else /cardboardbox/ here?

youtube.com/watch?v=K4spLDtzkgk

Im getting a 1080 FE soon as (got it for a good price), how are the temps?

>not having RGB

Not that user but blower style cards actually aren't terrible unless you start really ramping up the voltage and consequently, the temps and fan RPM increase

Blower cards have the benefit of also not dumping it's hot air back into the case as well.

...

old

pretty sure this dude doesn't have a problem with air flow and hes sacrificing high noise level and less performance to save a few bucks for all those expensive fans he bought. stupid.

if someone can add this to

>tfw no modular PSU

...

that's no excuse for terrible cable management

just kys dude, lazy fuck

1.75l is a marketing trick to make bottles smaller then a 500ml bottle, did the jews also find out how to compress water?

No.

wait for your response to

>doesn't know the bar owner's trick, aka how to boil a live frog

1.75L seems like a good deal compared to the smaller size doesn't it?

Nevermind that the 2L was the same price.

Just get nice and complacent with the new bottle size so we can reintroduce the 2L at a higher price later without any protest from you.

So the key is to pay attention to the voltage? I wasn't planning on pushing this card anyways since I want to upgrade to Navi/Volta and reuse my 1080 in an ITX case.

Yea you should be fine and blower style cards are honestly the best option when going mITX.

How can I respond when I don't even know wtf is means

I got that 1080 FE for free actually lol, blower style cards can be pretty loud if you wanna maintain high clock speeds especially running higher voltages. I have ran some cards that dump heat into the case and even with this airflow it still brought internal temps up a good amount. If I were to buy a card I would get a MSI sea hawk 1080Ti

nigga your rig literally looks like an overwatch ad

Whats the cable management side look like

Rate

Not that great looking, It's hard to manage all the extra cable length with this case.

>Msi
U dun fucked up

Why

Uhh..

>placing stuff directly on the carpet

Just the hard drives. The PSU has no openings on the bottom.

God I get a hard on every time I see this build

>It is a marketing trick to shrink the bottles.

Nigger they are sold by liquid volume. There is no "trick" when the fucking bottle says 1.75 on it.

There is, when they place them right next to 2L of other brands, and then put them at the same price.

It is a marketing trick to make you think you get a good deal.
While it actually shrinks the volume while keeping the price the same.

They do the same here (Denmark atleast) where they make bottles that looks like 500mL but actually are 375mL, but costs the same as 500mL ones from 1 year earlier/other brands.
