Yes, features. Linux's KVM is superior to *BSD's hypervisors. Linux supports more filesystems than OpenBSD. Linux has more advanced exploit mitigation techniques like SELinux. I would call all of these features.

OpenBSD is very secure but at the expense of features, you can't use ZFS because its "too complicated" for the OpenBSD developers, if all you care about is security OpenBSD might be a good option for you but not everyone wants something like that.
