Sometimes I feel sad because I think what if all that "quality" AMP+DAC hype is just a meme?
I bought the O2+ODAC some time ago, and I felt it was an upgrade from my FiiO E10, but I worry if it was just placebo.
Feels bad, man. I hope my AMP+DAC combo at least doesn't break in a couple of years.

What is your setup, user?
Ok so I'm selling my HD650s and leaving DT990s. I can't take it anymore. Both of them are colored as fuck compared to LSR305s which are 10 times better but HD650s were 240 euro when I've bought them. It's like the price of my monitors. The DT990s were 65 euro used (4 times less) and they are no worse than HD650 in terms of sound quality. And I can use them as a headphones for games because of their sound signature and superb comfiness (while HD650s have retarded clamp force).
So I've came here to ask: Are there any normal headphones with NEUTRAL frequency response? I don't want WARM or FUN, i want fucking NORMAL. Better if they will be open and price range not limited but as always less=better.
I have M40x too and they sound a bit more normal than HD650 and DT990 in terms of frequency response.
Maybe I want too much from headphones?
I own both the Beyerdynamic DT 880 and the Sennheiser HD 600. When I upgraded to the O2+ODAC I felt the treble less harsh and more "detailed" than with the FiiO E10.
