Dude, even my laptop, which has a 2.4ghz core2duo, can crack a rar file within about an hour.

1. Download crark
2. Download these text files containing passwords github.com/danielmiessler/SecLists/tree/master/Passwords
3. run crark and point it at your rar file using those text files as password lists.
4. wait a while and hope one of those passwords was used to encrypt the RAR file.

Brute force. Otherwise you're fucked. You're fucked anyway since any password of a reasonable length will be a bitch to guess.
