most of the Large 1TB drives are on a USB HUB and a USB card reader and one in the drive bay
both 1TB drives are backups for cirucal data
Games and such are all steam an 3d party apps so no need for local storage back ups
just sit on the 3TB disk
the ssd just holds the OS and a few old games since ,amy will not repond when not respond when not on the OS drive and emulator for the many old machines I once had.
the small HDD in the computer i self is personal files that i don't want on the main disk or the SSD to save power and access time.
the family photos are on the SSD s it never updates more then 3 times a year from SD card.
the other external 2 HDD's are for file server Bkups and porn and like that I share to my many other computers that only resond to my login
I set then up via .Bat file as a old Dos user
many dos games can be found on the 1TB back up drives
both drives are partianed with group policy settings.
the 3TB drive is just a game drive and my wifes drive as she access it remotely
I really need to get her own drive on this local machine as it really slows me down when you acceses it via her phone.
I wanted to give te llision of space and room.
Its both a file server and game machine hence the i7
I might buy into a seasonic modular PSU at some point.
the cm212 was more or less good enough for the area i live in might get a dark rock 3 down the road unsure if i will upgrade if at all cooling.
this system is just good enough to do everything I ask no hassle and don't need more cores.
but the 8 threads was a must sharing files while gaming is taxing enough to my other 6 machines.
Power is my biggest concern as Kwh is 0.18c per hour where i live.
