If its 4 4 gig sticks no. If it 2 8 gig sticks. Sell those and get 4 4 gig sticks. Lower latency will give a slight boost.

Not really, although if you want to do modeling or programming it's useful to have as much ram as you can afford. 16gb is still the standard, going up to 32gb isn't really needed yet for a personal computer.

No. If your system is powerful enough to run a few VMs for various reasons, then it might become a consideration.
I suppose that IF there is a game that really needs a shitload of RAM and loads itself almost completely to take advantage of the speed ... I just don't know enough about games to recall if there is such a beast that would actually get better performance from a system with over 16 GB RAM..

Are you retarded? Going to more sticks will increase latency as it will change the command rate.
