nah, it looks like I'm the only one here using classic mode on 7 (besides that guy who posted and got deleted), and i was around when someone posted a comparison of their ram usage when running aero vs classic; so i'm aware of it. it made me sad to learn that, but classic mode is just way too aesthetic to drop. it's not like i'm even close to maxing out my ram when i all i do is shitpost on Sup Forums and watch anime.
also, i've never noticed any screen tearing -- is that only with certain graphics cards/mother boards?

Not a wallpaper, just a transparent gif in the bottom left corner of my homepage.

I recently abolished my homepage.

I just use the bookmarks menu now.
Takes some getting used to but at least I can use every browser now without getting annoyed that the new tab page can't be my homepage.
