Requires Intel® 300 Series chipset-based motherboard

>Requires IntelĀ® 300 Series chipset-based motherboard
Skylake and Kabylake owners start to question whether they would still take a bullet for IntelĀ®.

Intel is legacy. Next PC will be AMD.

I imagine this is like waking up and finding Brian JUSTnich himself taking a long piss into your morning coffee.

whats the problem? too poor to afford a new board?

Don't you agree it's a bit inconvenient and excessive to also replace your mobo on every single CPU upgrade? Even without considering costs?

its part of the experience of getting a new intel cpu

Just like the complementary ass pounding.

lmao.

>$415 for a dual core cpu
hahahahahaha
dead

Intel is moving away from the poorfag market, that's why there is no H210 motherboards. Who gives a shit about motherboards, the glass and rgb are gonna be triple that.

n-nani?

You tell them, go- user!

Poorfags such as amazon, microsoft, google, enterprises that have several thousands of computers...

based jews

This is a good move. Supporting old motherboards would limit the speed and efficiency of the new CPUs, so I'm glad they didn't. Now they can focus entirely on the new boards, which will improve overall speed. I guess it sucks for those who bought Kaby Lake earlier this year, but you still have a great CPU. Don't complain that you don't get to ruin it for the rest of us.

DELEEEEEEEEEEET

Can't tell if trolling or just retarded.

>300 chipsets take 14nm and some 10nm chips
>but not older 14nm chips or later 10nm chips
Who the fuck thought about this genius idea?

>Shilling this hard

Satania could make a better CEO than JUSTnich.

kek

No.
But Vigne could.

Why do people even buy new CPUs anyway? You're spending a shitload of money for maybe 5% more performance in the 0.1% of applications that are CPU bound. I upgraded to Skylake for the board features, but I probably could have stayed on Lynnfield and not noticed the difference otherwise.

Why is this an issue I refuse to believe that most people get new CPUs every new series.

An enhanced motherboard platform is required for an enhanced CPU platform, i don't see why anyone has a problem with this.

Intel sitting on their ass for 5 years and fucking up their node shrinks does not mean progress is impossible.
Because Z370 is only half a year away from Z270.
There is functionally no difference.

It's called keeping up. Amd just released their new cpu family that many people like. If Intel doesn't react to it, it would fall out. Intel had to release a new cpu family as well, but they managed to fuck it up by jewing to the maximum.

>z370 is literally z270
>only z390 will get new features.
Good goyum.

because they released THREE chipsets with the same socket in a year and half
and they're somehow incompatible with new processors

>4 months from now
>ice lake
>100mhz bump
>30W bump
>Z470 chipset, incompatible with Z370
mark my words

Intel just innovates too fast. You should be happy you can upgrade to superior technology so rapidly. Based Intel doing it again!

If nobody learns from this then we (Intel) will keep doing this to move products off the shelves.

So when are we going to reach 10MHz bumps? :>

10nm++

Not if AYYYYMD already take the name Z470 first like some retarded yt commenter

When Tejas and Jayhawk are resurrected from their graves in a mad science experiment by Dr. JUSTnich.

no, the X399, X370, B350, A320 is going along AM4 until 2021, there's no reason for them to change the chipset

I want the 150 stage hyber bipeline

I don't see the problem here? And who is upgrading their CPU every year...?

delid dis

a socket change a year keeps the goyim in fear
