When a company makes these kinds of decision is shows that the management is completely unhinged. Its high time that execs get called in front of congress to explain why they support soft core pedo and actual terrorism is okay but legitimate commercial businesses get punished.

Whats happening isn't youtube going after ISIS, they're simply removing any and all content that doesn't fit their increasingly sterile business model and the bias of the management. They're specifically targeting certain circles while ignoring others. Some political commentators, both left and right, had their videos demonetized allegedly for swearing. Video game streamers however have no issue with this, youtube has even been stepping up to combat false content claims against streamer networks.

They're trying to push certain people and opinions off of the site by hitting content creators who appeal to a certain demographic. Thats whats going on.
