The fucking ads are now literally hacking firefox and uninstalling adblockers. I got so spooked, I just reinstalled windows because I didn't trust anything that could uninstall an adblocker(even though malwarebytes and windows scans turned up negative)

Firefox just listed both uBlock Origin and (!) HTTPS Everywhere as "Legacy" in the addons menu and effectively disabled them both.

Right now I had some ads trying to close my entire browser. It would have had it need been that I had multiple tabs opened and asked me to confirm.
