Picture attached gets you most of the way there, but there are a ridiculous amount of options to play with beyond that. I am also using "Metro skin v3.5 - flat". I can attach my MusicBee3Settings.ini file if you want? You'll need to add your library again or edit the file manually.

I've never understood why people want a music library, I much prefer a searchable list of reorderable songs, I normally may leave it ordered by artist>album>track number

its a plugin called SimPlaylist, you'll find it with google easily, replaces your playlist though if you use any other playlist plugin
