So I should just write everything down on a piece of paper?

There was a big news article about a year ago showing that employees were looking at customer's notes, since evernote doesn't use any encryption.

Scariest shit I was shown was someone's poison handbook, with notes on effects on someone unnamed. We raised the issue to management, who shut it down saying that if we ever went to the police with this story, we would lose our userbase overnight.

You're totally right. Semen is only one percent sperm; the rest is composed of over 200 separate proteins, as well as vitamins and minerals including vitamin C, calcium, chlorine, cholesterol, citric acid, creatine, fructose, lactic acid, magnesium, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, vitamin B12, and zinc.
Most of the nutrients lost are trace amounts but zinc (around 5 mg), selenium and copper are lost in significant amounts. Upon ejaculation, testosterone, serotonin, acetycholine and dopamine are also lowered, prolactin is raised. High levels of prolactin are associated with poor mood, tiredness, and many different health issues.
