He upgrades his $1000+ PC every 18 months to browse Sup Forums and play NES emulators

>he upgrades his $1000+ PC every 18 months to browse Sup Forums and play NES emulators

>Doesn't

>implying I'm not shitposting from a nearly 10yo thinkpad

No, I'm still running on broadwell here.
I've bought more hard drives and a card reader, that's it.

>pretending that the N64 is not the standard in video games.

If your CPU can handle it, you're on the top of mount gaming. Home of the Gods.

That legitimately looks like a microwave.

But I still use a cuo2duo

Is not my fault modern gaming is shit.

Is that a lot of money to you?

is that a Microwave?

>upgraded everything a few months ago
>went from Win7 to Win10 because couldn't be assed for the work around at the time
>between the motherboard itself and Win10, have all sorts of HDD/SSD detection issues as well as networking
>last PC didn't have a single issue for years

Does N64 emulation need powerful hardware? I remember playing Super Mario 64 on my old Xperia Play with a single core 1Ghz CPU.

Do you have ahci enabled? Sounds like a mobo issue otherwise to me

you should have invited me over I'd have serviced you to completion, hardware wise

I'm still on my 3570K + GTX 770, I haven't felt the need to upgrade since I only have a 1080p Monitor.

Welcome to mount Olympus, my son. Home of the Gaming Gods.

you probably can play the last console of the marked in a 10 year old computer.
Nintendo acts in an other universe, they apply Japanese honor codes, not like burger CEOs those bastards don't have any soul.

>Don't be evil
that motto would still be valid in a Japanese corporation, even if it means their have to harakiri half of their employees

my nigguh. I use the same drive bay but in this case. Everyone says it looks like an amplifier or something.

I'm still on my ryzen 1800x + vega 64
Don't know what you are taking about.

is this about desktops or phones

dumb frogposter

My last build was like eight years old. This one is two.

Where can you buy this? What's them model?

The second one is a ' lian li pc tu200b '

I mostly play GBA emulators tho

This. GBA and DS emulators for me.

>not playing emulated handheld games with your phone
lmaoing @ u

>tfw fell for the high end pc meme
>tfw you only play old games and CSGO

I'm gonna try to sell this piece of shit and get a thinkpad or something

Can't find any good ones without having to pay

>tfw i also use a temjin tj-08e.

Best case

Not even My Boy? What functionality are you looking for in your emulator? I mean I don't play using my phone because touch controls are shit for everything that isn't an RPG, but My Boy was pretty good; and free.

I've got an 8 year old i5 lad, and I play PS2 emulators, not nes.
Get it right.

tfw can't shake the sense of how big a waste my bulky ass case is with all the cables and all the money i've sunken into it

takes up room, looks ugly, dumb shit happens like my gpu not working the first few boots every time i clean it, i haven't even enjoyed a video game in over two years

i feel that i would be much happier with a minimal laptop setup but selling a desktop seems hard

to the dumb frog poster.

Upgrading every year is quick way of getting poor user.
If you want a good computer everytime you upgrade you have to space out your builds
miniuim should be every 3-5 years.

3 years for the low end.
5 years for the higher end.

Unless your PC becomes too hard to use/ or can't use it.
In that time there is no need to upgrade,
>likes animal people
>calls others gay
S.M.H.

I have a HP 7400 that is 10 years old and it still works.
Treat your stuff with care and clean it/replace the termal paste every year. often and it will last you a very long time.

Dust, heat , Dampness are the killers of PC's

>tfw 4770K getting old

I want to replace it, but it feels like it isn't quite time yet. Inside of this year, next year latest I think.

>not upgrading every 2 years for only $99

Actually I'm using it to browse Sup Forums and play Wii U and PS3 emulators.
