which is the better of the two? i'm thinking of going back to the razer death adder
got this use with inaccuracy in the highest sensitivity when i use the logitech g pro for normal use (surfing the web, etc)
Which is the better of the two? i'm thinking of going back to the razer death adder
>use
issue*
>he fell for the high dpi meme
buy a g403 prodigy, wireless or wired
Get the G403 wireless.
the zowie fk1 and steelseries rival 100 or rival 300 are ok
they are still chink shit, but they function well
I personally prefer the zowie fk1, you can configure it outside an OS, perfectly for linux
no, the guy at best buy recommended me the logitech mouse
i also stupidly bought a 2 year warranty for it
Logitech G403 wireless.
u said highest sensitivity. u mean 12,000 dpi? if so, then u fell for the high dpi meme
You don't need more than 400 DPI.
Just a good sensor and chip.
Thank me later.
it was at 3600 dpi
just changed it to 3000 which is where the death adder is at i think
what's the best sensitivity to game at?
Apparently a higher dpi has more accurate movement
I have the deathadder and the clicking failed after 1 month of owning it
The 2005 deathadder i had lasted until 2012 though
hey guys im just finding out u can tweak the dpi settings for my mouse, what dpi do u guys recommend? i currently have it at 3000 n i find its pretty bad for normal computer use
400, 800, 1600
3200 is pushing it and anything higher is a meme
Is the wired version of the G403 better than the G Pro? Is it any good for a fingertip gripper?
For fingertip grip, I'd recommend the G Pro, G303, Roccat KPM or CM Spawn/Xornet(if you can still find it).
>it's 2017
>he's not G502 master race
Get logitech !
I'll never buy another razer product ever again
Neither. Taipan master race.
My death adder broke after a couple of months, and had serious trouble sensing anything at all on anything other than the most perfect surfaces. Total waste of money.
Taipan, 3 years and still as new.
>fell for the deathadder meme
mionix
400
Neither
All mice are fucking shit and I've never owned one that lasted over a year except steelseries
Logitech mouse buttons break fast
Razer have dodgy sensors that fuck up and get stuck nonstop
My abyssus 2014 lasted 3 years without problems
g pro is the best mouse on the market
g403 wired is garbage btw dont buy. the huge braided cable alone ruins it
I've had my deathadder for 7 years, and I'm only starting to get issues with the side buttons not registering now.
>G pro
>the best
No, G102 is much better. Non-braided cable is the best. Mercury sensor also great.
And stop with G Pro/102/203 for small hand meme, it works fine with my 19x10 cm hand.
Try 2400 DPI if you like it high.
I could use G502 at 3200 DPI but I found that 2400 work better.
>Razer
>specifically "death adder"
>synapse software driver is literally botnet and a shit software
If you have excellent luck, buy one that works fine, some people had said recent batches have quality problems.
>logitech g pro
>shit meme gaymur shape that shits on your muscle memory and grip
>quality components with no issues most of the time but common switch(main click buttons) problems (bad placed switches) after heavy use (due planned obsolesce)
>shitty cable
Choose your poison faggot
what ever you buy, if you buy a braided cable you're just retarded.
Take this, pedo
>synapse software driver is literally botnet and a shit software
And the taipan I recommend doesn't need it.
Furthermore, if you want to disable the leds or something like that, there's reverse engineered support for Linux. And then the mouse remembers it, even if you disconnect it and use it on a different computer.
I personally love the deathadder. I got the version thats wireless with adjustable click sensitivity. My second favorite mouse of all time
I agree about the grip on the G Pro. I like the switches and sensor but the grip was killing me coming from g602.
if you have issues get a replacement under warranty
wrong
>what's the best sensitivity to game at?
>what dpi do u guys recommend?
use whatever you're comfortable with, quake players tend to play with a higher sensitivity (>3k) because of the amount of movement you need to do whereas counterstrike players tend to play with a really low sensitivity in comparison (400-800) because you're not rocketjumping off the walls in counterstrike
1600-1800 is a decent middle ground and will work pretty damn well in just about everything, some tweaking of in game sensitivity might be required
>Is the wired version of the G403 better than the G Pro?
they both use the same sensor, the g pro is smaller, lighter and has an ambidexterous design instead of the right handed ergonomic design of the g403 - the g403 is decidedly a comfortable desktop mouse that plays games fine whereas the g pro is fingertip pro fps style mouse, again just use whatever you're comfortable with as you can definitely fingertip grip a larger heavier mouse like the g403
>the huge braided cable alone ruins it
>Non-braided cable is the best.
agreed, I ended up buying a g pro and the cable is stupidly heavy and catches on everything with a bit of an edge like the logitech hard mouse mat, I'm either going to replace the cable with one out of the g102/203 or debraid my cable but I want to wait until it's closer to the end of the warranty period, braided cables on mice are the biggest meme
>And stop with G Pro/102/203 for small hand meme, it works fine with my 19x10 cm hand.
also completely agree, 19.5cm by 9.5cm and g pro is fine, even "big" mice are about as uncomfortable unless you get a *stupidly* large and unwieldy mouse which would be useless for gaymen
the switches in the g pro are a bit better rated though but logitech switch death is a thing, sensors should be very comparable
deathadders are very good but you have to deal with shitty build quality and synapse
Whatd do u recommend?
Whats your favorite?
The Logitech m570. Clearly the best.
Had the Razer 3 different times within months
it was shit and all 3 of them broke on me within months
logitech g pro still going strong after heavy usage
Sup Forums pro
Sucks to be you. I've used my Razer for over a year now. Works perfectly.
High DPI with medium movement speed and no acceleration + 1000Hz polling rate.
This will give you the most smooth and accurate cursor you can get.
>shit meme gaymur shape
>g pro
What?
G502
