Only thing I find is that scrolling is accelerated instead of just scrolling by the same amount per mouse scroll. I didn't like that so I found a program to change it. You need to use a program or terminal fuckery iirc.
This is because scrolling is designed for magic meme mouse and trackpads and not normal mice on MacOS.
I have an actual macbook btw but I output it to external monitor and use a normal mouse.
