Buying new monitor is so fucking hard now days. I'm looking for under 200€ monitor and there are just so many to choose from and I don't know anything about monitors.

A 1440p 60hz IPS monitor is the way to go

Depends on country but i got a 1440p 24" Dell for £110 from a Dell reseller on ebay. It was like new with no defects.
