What is this on my PC?
I noticed system was getting laggy and I looked and saw my harddrive had 8GB left so I restarted and it has 22.3 right now but I think its slowly decreasing
I can't find where this thing is either it doesn't open file location

malware or corrupted filesystem, run a chkdsk followed by a malware scan if it comes up clean. either way, format and restore from backups

Use malware bytes and your AV of preference.
If you don't have a preference try avg or avast.
