All I want to do is to be able to move any picture, file or folder anywhere I want on my PC and or External HardDrive.
I've scanned every file with anti-virus shit, no threats or such detected.
I am the only user account on my PC.

Give more details. What are the file types, and what does it say under "show details". Are you sure the files are what they say they are (windows is garbage and hides file extensions by default now.)
Does changing the file names or extensions fix the problem? Can you move the files through the command line instead of through explorer? As a last resort, maybe you can reencode the videos with ffmpeg (I think you can get that on windows?) and get a new file with the same content.

That's weird. If it were in some system critical folder or something like program files I can see that being an issue, but not if it's under your own username. Try copying the files to user/documents/temp to at least get them out of that directory also this

I'm trying some stuff now. I moved Hentai from Disguise to Pictures, no box pops up. Then I moved Hentai to Desktop, no box pops up. Moved Hentai to another folder on my desktop no box pops up.
However any file or folder I try to move in JUST the folder Hentai, it pops up
However some folders within those folder in hentai, will move
For example Inside Hentai is Hentai Doujins If I move Hentai doujins, it pops up However I can move any hentai doujin folder in Hentai doujin.

I have no idea, user. Maybe move out all of the ones that work into a new home and then look at the permissions and file types of the ones that don't and see if any of those are hidden viruses or something

I was in the process of trying to compress the whole folder to a zip to make a torrent and blah. Couldn't make a zip because many folders have special characters, so I COPIED the unsorted images to a new folder. Theres no problem with those images, but the original images bring up the box if MOVED.

Your problem is most likely caused by "zone information" being saving in an alternate data stream on every file you download. You either need to disable saving of zone info or disable checking of zone info. Alternatively, you can remove the ADS containing the zone info with a tool like AlternateStreamView.
I did that, I click add folder and it just keeps delving into the folder.

So I decided to due the long way. Since it seemed any file COPIED became "Clean", I copied most of the files and folders individually instead as one big chunk and instead of MOVING them.
So far every thing of the NEW file is MOVABLE.
Is seems clear anything that entered the Hentai folder became "potentially harmful" even if they were "clean" before they entered the folder.
If it happens again, then I'm gonna assume stuff from sites like Exhentai or anything from the internet is corrupted, in which case I'll have to decide to either, everything I decide to move to the folder needs to be copied then pasted into the folder, or to see if disabling UAC will solve it.
In the end though, you fuckers were absolutely no help.
