Get your own conclusions then you approval-based attentionwhore faggot.
Does it work for you?
Is it equal or faster than your previous browser?
Do you feel comfortable in it?
if all of the above are yes then this thread shouldn't exist.
Why the hostility?
Because this thread is pointless, you're just aching to go to another meme browser and need an excuse for it. You're a sick man user, stop rationalizing your decisions by using chinese weaving forums.
Sorry.
He right, I currently use Chromium and I feel comfortable with it

ignore the dick head, op. i need a new browser as well, so this thread is helpful to me. thanks for making it.
org-mode
Nightly
Ice-cat
Nightly is why I'm this close to ditching FF...
Come 57 and I lose CTR, FireGestures, and VimFx, which means freaking Vivaldi feels more like the FF I love than Nightly does.
isn't vimfx already using webextensions?
ff 57 works so fast, how? they finally removed xul?
Brings a few projects to improve speed together in one release
Not op. Question. I need to login to a web site using, say 10 different accounts. Is there a chrome or firefox extension that can support this kind of thing? Using incognito mode doesn't work for what I need.
Use Edge.
download 10 different browsers.
No, it isn't, and it is literally impossible to match VimFx with the current state of WebExtensions.
Big issues being "no API to focus the URL bar", and "no API to respond to hotkeys on the new tab page (or system pages in general)", among others.
Vimium port is next best thing and it's forced to use all kinds of awkward and clunky non-native widgets like the fake "omnibar" and find-in-page tool.
Basically, there's still some xul but not for addons.
Some other unrelated optimization projects all finally coming together in ways that couldn't really happen while supporting the old APIs.
New addon model prevents a lot of small random things that used to block the main thread.
It's honestly pretty impressive, but it no longer matches the habits and workflow I've built up over time.
Maybe WebExtensions APIs and ecosystem catches back up before I settle into Vivaldi too much; I hope it does, since I want to like new FF, I just can't use it the way I want to right now.
There is a way but I if you are wincuck there is no hope for you.
That should be enough clues. Now kys
Yandex browser on gentoo. Fucking GOAT
When FF57 rolls out and Waterfox is forced to """upgrade""" or be considered obsolete there will be no good browser in terms of addons and security.
>b-but 90% of addons will work
And what about the 10% that will never be compatible because of Mozilla's stupid webextensions? See We have 2 options basically
>embrace the botnet
>use shitty outdated software
Unless someone magical comes along, forks FF and keeps it modern, while still supporting the new webextensions (how the fuck) because Mozilla basically forced developer's hands we're pretty much screwed.
