if you've ever tried to solder/fix an old flatscreen, you'll run into a billion of these. Nearly gave up and threw it in the trash until I found a site that had a working link to my problem.

It's going to go the same way eventually. Imgur costs a shit tonne to run and there's absolutely no sensible way of making a business out of it in the current state.

Honestly network costs are still an underrated problem in tech. It's fine when you have a website noone uses. Push a petabyte or two of CDN traffic a month and you'll be spending more than a home costs keeping it up.
