this isn't tech related, but somehow Sup Forums's version of Chris-Chan is?
Where did I say that as tech related?
If I was a poo in loo I'd want this thread because you'd all say such nice things
Curry niggers.
"microsoft venture" isn't really microsoft.
That said microsoft has a lot of indians in the states and in india. They all suck more balls than there are in the universe.
They look happier than the Japanese.
Just imagine the smell. The awkward conversation because their English is broken to shit :(
They take their shit seriously. Really trying to compare the Japanese with a country that openly shits in the street?
Hope you guys poo in the loo.
Were these individuals employed based upon skill and capability or quotas?
it was based on shitting abilities.
Microsoft actually laid off a lot of their existing code-workers who knew the code-base quite well.

Could turn out bad for windows / microsoft products.

>Property across the street from a major corporate Wells Fargo office.
>'Round 5:30pm they all flooded from the Wells Fargo into the apartment complex I was working.
This happened a few times before I caught on to what the fuck was happening. It also happened at a few other tech places and banking places I worked almost directly next to.

whats technical about running a leafblower?
I work at microsoft currently and what I can say for sure is that I couldn't find a single competent person who had more than 2 years of experience. That is, I saw competent people but they had been working there for less than 2 years, and I have met tons of people with experience ranging from ~3-20 years, and every single last one of them was downright incompetent. None of them knew anything about any of the products they were supposed to be experts on.
Also every single person says the same thing with regard to the forced use of M$ software: it reduces productivity by 2x or more, and even with the forced domain joining and the forced updates and all that bullshit, the internal machines are still getting infected (there was a huge super sekrit "don't tell anyone" email chain going around about a week after wannacry because many internal servers got hit at that time for instance).
As for layoffs in particular, they also basically fired every single one of the researchers they had left that were actually able to do research (M$ used to be one of the only companies that did legitimate math research in industry, but not anymore obviously).
Right now, M$ is probably in the worst position it's ever been as far as I was able to tell from learning internally about recent changes and transitions and it really doesn't look like it's getting any better. People at M$ who are more familiar with its history often praise Satya for trying to bring the M$ groups together as they have traditionally been basically all competing against one another (which is why there are over 30 homegrown telemetry solutions in windows 7 -- basically one per product-set -- whereas there is only a couple telemetry platforms in windows 10 and every team uses it), but I'm pretty sure he's also to blame for actively trying to remove all competent people from M$.
I feel terrible for him.
This is why I fucking hate pajeets like pic related. They're obsessed with their vision of things being "modern" at the expense of what actually works.
they were streets ahead of the competition
>fired because "Microsoft is moving in a new direction" and experienced software developers like him "are no longer needed"
>happens right before the Windows 10 shitstorm
Really updates the MindOS kernel, doesn't it?
Thanks to them we already have the abomination of Wangblows 8 to 10.
