This thread is for the discussion of NyaaPantsu (pantsu.cat), a free (FOSS) torrent indexer, and other nyaa alternatives. The aim of this project is to write a fully featured nyaa.se replacement in golang that anyone will be able to deploy locally or remotely.

It has been down for 43 hours. They have a hardware failure and are forced to replace their hardware, which seems to take them a massive amount of time. Why are you using nyaa.si's sukebei anyway? I'd understand using nyaa.si's nyaa over pantsu's nyaa, but pantsu's sukebei gets more upload.

The RSS is very functional user sukebei.pantsu.cat/feed? The header just unfortunately has a / too much, which will be fixed next update, but the RSS does work
They did fix it, it's just only on dev right now. It's a fairly recent bug.

Reposting from last thread, in case anyone wants it. I found this JAV userscript a while ago, for nyaa.si and I wanted to make it work for pantsu but I forgot about it. Anyway, I just fixed it up, so I'm leaving it here. It creates a button that searches JAVlibrary for the JAV title. ghostbin.com/paste/kw258 I'm not good at JS though, I was just making it work with pantsu so it probably runs like shit.

Pantsu.cat is made from Sup Forums people, nyaa.si from former nyaa.se staff Pantsu has more content because it scrapes both anidex.info & nyaa.si for anything it does not have, and has most of the JAV uploaders, pantsu has a history of bad stability although it massively improved the past two months nyaa.si has most of the nyaa uploaders but does not scrape from anywhere so has less content, and also has quite noticeably less search options and a very bad looking dark theme
Also, pantsu is working and nyaa.si is not Use whichever you want to use
