Same here but I get 180kb/s and from wifi 4km away my home.
Before I had 3G and I would get faster speeds of 300kb/s or so but that was was limited to like 30GB months and then it was super slow shit like 20kb/s for the rest of the Month.

Not that bad, with my current set up I get around 2mbps and I can even play online games with good pings. pinging googe.com (216.58.193.46) I get in average 17ms of ping times.

I've got the same setup but the cell towers are in my neighbour's field, its actually the fastest connection I've ever had

only problem is I'm capped at 100GB and anything after that is $5/GB which is some serious horseshit

Yep, I have a wifi setup but I'm pretty sure you can have the same setup but with a cell network.

I have a directional antenna on my roof that is aimed at the Wifi access point kilometers away which is a big tower with antennas aimed at many directions since it servers at multiple users.
From the antenna on my roof an Ethernet wire come down that gets connected to a power brick like device that powers up the antenna on the roof (it gets plugged to a power socket) and another Ethernet wire comes out of the power block that goes into a TP-Link router that creates a new Wifi AP in my home for wireless devices and also has ethernet ports for wired devices like my desktop PC.

I forget to add the power brick.

That's what I use, it also powers up the antenna.

2.4ghz should not travel long distances through a cable unless you have a PIM tester and an accurate compression tool, PIM rated cables, and low PIM connectors.. and that'll cost you over 80 grand.

Your AP/bridge should be at the antenna. Use a weatherproof box for the radio and only up to 5 inches of properly insulated coax for the RF. Ubiquity has units specifically designed for this, but you have to use their POE injector as it draws more power. They'll do 15KM LOS.

I've been using this for 4 years, the only problem I ever encounter was when after a heavy lighting storm the antenna had to be replaced.
It didn't even died completely, it would just drop connection every 20 minutes or so until it was hard reset.

oh and this was while playing a youtube video on my second monitor.
