Why do you need to flash the stock firmware and then flash twrp?
Couldn't you just wipe your current os through twrp and install your custom os?

I wiped it all one billion times yes
I was restoring the firmware to the stock firmware in case any of my custom firmware was broken

wipe cache and reboot 7 times
