You are only allowed to use Internet explorer on a machine with a valid Windows license. Same goes for Safari. You literally have to pay to use any of these two browsers.

That doesn't mean there can't be a paid for browser that doesn't come with an OS license you moron.

And I never denied that. I just pointed out that a browser shipped with a proprietary, non-gratis OS is a browser you paid for.

Internet Explorer when it was new. You could only get it through Microsoft Plus! for Windows 95.
