Blue Screen of Death

Blue Screen of Death keeps on restarting my laptop several times and I cant get to the desktop screen either. Anybody have any answers on how to fix this?

Install linux and never have BSOD's anymore

try turning it off and on again

I dont have a way to burn a cd or purchase and ive already turned the laptop on and off.

Your error means a system process was terminated, sounds like you either installed some dodgy program or otherwise fucked up your system.

No, you'll have kernel panics instead

install gentoo

OP, I just got to this thread I will help you. Can you get to the bios? If yes, press F5 to restore default settings and restart it.

Well I got to this screen. What should i do next? My bad im clueless.

this has never once happened to me in 6 years of using linux full time. I've had a ton of BSODs before though.

Use another operating system

That's just a temp fix at best. He needs to try turning it off and killing himself.

Install Gentoo unironically

install gentoo

call geeksquad and fuck off kid

Works on my machineā„¢

Kekt and wrekt

Fuck off Linux shills

Why have you had tons of bsod's? I'm old as dirt and have had just one.

Either they are

1 - Lying out of their ass to feel better about their shitty OS choice
2 - are dumb as fuck

that only happens if you watch cuck porn 2bh

Continue with repairs. Duh.

I'd just like to interject for a moment. What you're referring to as Linux, is in fact, GNU/Linux, or as I've recently taken to calling it, GNU plus Linux. Linux is not an operating system unto itself, but rather another free component of a fully functioning GNU system made useful by the GNU corelibs, shell utilities and vital system components comprising a full OS as defined by POSIX.

Many computer users run a modified version of the GNU system every day, without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of GNU which is widely used today is often called "Linux", and many of its users are not aware that it is basically the GNU system, developed by the GNU Project.

There really is a Linux, and these people are using it, but it is just a part of the system they use. Linux is the kernel: the program in the system that allocates the machine's resources to the other programs that you run. The kernel is an essential part of an operating system, but useless by itself; it can only function in the context of a complete operating system. Linux is normally used in combination with the GNU operating system: the whole system is basically GNU with Linux added, or GNU/Linux. All the so-called "Linux" distributions are really distributions of GNU/Linux.

Try reinstalling drivers from safe mode. If that doesn't work, restore from the backup that you probably don't have.

No system restore backup? then reinstall desu

You won't have anything at all lmao

I've only had this once in a decade of using Linux, and that was because my RAM was faulty.

In windows kernel crashes are just an unintentional part of the user experience.
