Which forks intend to maintain XUL?
I know that palemoon does, what about icecat and iceweasel? are they going to keep XUL or just going to follow the mainline?

Not sure if Icecat is going to go along with the updates or not but they usually update once the ESR version releases, which should still be a little while until then.
I've heard that you can remove the top bar in the CSS file but personally I couldn't get it to work.

The addons suck just like Chrome, Mozilla advertises and sucks up data just like Chrome, it has dark patterns just like Chrome, it advances the major release number with every release major or otherwise just like Chrome.
