A toilet which adjusts to the height of its user, mostly in order to fit needs of kids.

?? :DDD

That's strange, because not even italians call themselves romans, we call our country the ancient geographical name the greeks gave us when they first set food in italy (italoi, or something like that).
I find it strange that you call yourselves "romanians" since you're romanized dacians, and you live in modern day dacian territory
I know you'll give that bullshit that "the macedonians call themselves macedonians because they live today on the former ancient roman territory of macedonia", but I don't think it applies to romania to the same level, I mean, you speak a romance language and stuff, but you were under roman occupation just for like 150 years, how could it be enough for you to call yourself "romanians" 1700 years ago?
I'm not calling you off about it, I'm just curious about it, don't get mad at me m8

I just find it strange, I mean, europe has colonized half the world to a certain extend and no country call itself "franconia" or something

There's generally no reference to former rulers from europe, in the US they tend to call its own states the ancient names the native peoples used to call it such as "ohio" and "hawaii", so I don't see why romania shouldn't be called "dacia" instead

they already have those kiddie toilets, training potties or what ever theyre called
next idea?

reeeeeeeeeee

But is it a regular toilet which can be used by adults as well?

>tfw no german gf

Steal from the elderly and pimp relatives.

Romania under this name exists since 140 years. Before that they were called Vlachs also they wrote cyrillic.

my gun is ready

Dacians from the roman province were more or less anihilated. It was heavily populated with roman colonists from all over the empire. Those people called themselves romans and spoke the roman language. Now after the middle ages, and the mixing with other peoples, only a part of what would become romanians called themselves romanians. There were moldoveans, banateni, ungureni, ardeleni, olteni etc. from the region they inhabited. But the language they spoke it was called the romanian language. So when nationalism came, romanians meant those that spoke romanian. So romania is the country of the romanians not of the romans.

There was also a Romanian Empire.

I know there's always some historical background that plays a huge part when nationalism came and national identity had to be formalized, we have faced that in italy and before our unification process people always debated over what it would be called, what language would be the spoken language, and etc

But as I said, italy has been separed and divided since the end of the roman empire, we speak until today multiple dialects that differ so much among themselves, and no one could speak latin anymore

Latin couldn't be the official language for the new state because it has ceased to be spoken like 1400 years prior to the unification process

So the identity had to be held to something a little bit more early, like the tuscan dialect that was very prestigious and was a living dialect widely spoken, and it became the modern day italian language

Macedonia don't have nothing to do with the old greeks that lived there, I guess the greeks have the upper hand when they say they should be called fyrom instead of macedonia

But aren't you directly close to the dacians? I know there's not much about them to know since almost nothing has been left about them, but the idea I get about romania (at least for what I've seen you guys arguing about it here on /balk/) is that you were a roman diaspora that had been inhabitated by people from all over the empire, and that kept the language after the dissolution of the empire, and just don't care that much about your local identity, just for the roman stuff that you happened to take pride and hold until this day and age

But I find it cool, I must say, if some friends o' mine back in italy happened to take a glance at what you romanian guys talk here on Sup Forums they'll be flattered as fuck about it, they would have a total different perspective about you guys instead of calling you gypsies and stuff

Hmmm

I thought a lot of the russophilia is meme, but now I see Russian party founded there, shady deals with Russia buying Serbia industry for joke prices.

It's because of fucking kot spam.
Tell kot to think about it

what shooting i dont hear anything in aerodrom
probably wedding

But kot brings funs in thread.

Makedons documentary says it started with violence in gostivar towards minorities. Did you lie again about the siptars?

Think about France, it used to be named Gaul and was inhabited by Gauls. Then they were romanized and spoke a romanized language. The Gauls didn't disappear but where assimilated both culturally and ethnically. Then the franks came and they changed the name of their country and people after the last conquerers. Kinda the same thing happened with dacians.

>and just don't care that much about your local identity, just for the roman stuff that you happened to take pride and hold until this day and age
the local identity is romanian or regional and people are proud of that. The roman part is not central to our identity,it is a part of it.

yeah they didnt do nuttin, started kidnapping workers and carving their initials into their backs because we oppressed them too much :(

No he probably refers to the protests in 1997 I think.

80% of all Romanians I met say they hate Romania and would leave rather today than tomorrow.

ok

good evening non-whites and greeks

They speak about a guy named Boskovski who is now trialed in Den Haag. Guy apparently had some police force which made a lot of damage between the Albanians and Turks and their attitude towards you.

>tfw no East German qt

the only source of the attitude albos have towards us is because we dont like muslims and were in the way of greater caliphate of illiridja, they thought they were being discriminated before 2001 because we wouldn't give them more rights than we give our own people, afterwards we were forced to do it in ohrid agreement so they got their wish, soon they'll push for more

>They speak about a guy named Boskovski
Based.
>who is now trialed in Den Haag
Proven innocent and released. Then Gruyo set him up and he spent 5 years in our prisons, because he split from VMRO and spoke openly against him, calling him dictator, corrupt etc.

Ne, Serdare, ti si tozi koito 6te umre

how are things among the steppe savages lad?

thats false.

Romanains call themselvs romans same as hungarians call themselvs magyars.

The bastards should've killed Trajkovski on the spot for treason after he stopped all military action in Arachinovo and allowed Nato to escort out shqips from the village. Then it should've been razed to the ground.
Ofc the coward bastard shat himself just after Robertson yelled him on the phone and they sent a few fighters towards our airspace.
What would've they done, bomb us just like Serbia? Hope he rots in hell.

Didn't quite get the beginning as I was busy with something else. I catched that nobody believed some conflict could happen in Macedonia because it guaranteed to minorities even schools, basic and above, entirely in their native language. But the interviewed said that this is also a bad thing because it created a language barrier. Then it said this about gostivar, I think a albo flag was put somewhere and the local authorities chimped out about it. Something like that.

Good, waiting for my Bulgarian citizenship.

>What would've they done, bomb us just like Serbia?
literally yes
im all for screwing over NATO backed terrorist subhumans, but they were en-route to bomb us m8
>"Brigadier general Zvonko Stojanovski the commander of the Army Anti-air Defence informed me that our radars caught 6 fighter planes with course from Italy, through Albania towards Macedonia. I told him to follow their course and to dislocate the helicopters to the reserve airfield in Lozovo. I then thought to myself – this is it! NATO is ready to use force on us if we continue with the operation". (page 111)

>the first step to greater illiridja
ofc they chimp out about it, they should, but now albo flags and mosques can be placed anywhere they want thanks to NATO-backed ohrid agreement, islamization is in full force in places like gostivar

>I think a albo flag was put somewhere and the local authorities chimped out about it.
Albanian flag was raised in Gostivar and the Macedonian was removed at the local government administration buildings. Against the constitution and the laws at the time.
Police went and removed the Albo flag, restored ours. Albanians chimped out on police.

>im all for screwing over NATO backed terrorist subhumans, but they were en-route to bomb us m8
It was literally just a show of force. Nothing else. Not to mention bombing a country out of nowhere is practically illegal and against international law which NATO at the time had absolutely no mandate to do.
