They are all shit.
I unironically use Outlook. It's decent if you make it use Thunderbird's layout. I don't remember why I moved away from Thunderbird.

Mutt, if you know your way around. My setup asks for password everytime because I don't want to let my password in a file and it doesn't recognize weird characters, but a password manager does the trick. Is the safest, most reliable program I used.
I guess thunderbird is okay, but use the anti pixel tracking addon.

claws-mail sucks the least for me after switching from Windows where I'd been using The Bat! (which is the ultimate human achievement in MUAs, hands down) since the 90's.
