doctors in general have to see gross shit all the time. patients don't go to the doctor to show off how healthy they are. it's always "my diarrhea is really soupy here i brought a bag" or "this bump on my back is oozing puss can you take a look at it?" or "look at this weird rash that's not going away".

that's not to say that OBGYNs have it easy, but if you can get over the revulsion of seeing a sick person (and maybe focus on how you're helping people, if that gets you excited), then it's a good gig.

It would be pointless. Hashes aren't compression algorithms. "Theoretically" you could of course, but "theoretically" you don't even need the hashes. The hashes make pretty much zero difference in the entropy of the image space, since the hash is ~16 bytes and your image is in the order of 10s of kilobytes at the very least. You'd be better off just making a computer (program) that could identify the images you want and then generate the images this way. This would be a much easier problem. Even this is far beyond our current ability, but generative adversarial networks could potentially be used for this in the future.

Quantum computers wouldn't help you, no. The information is gone, the quantum computer cannot magically reconstruct it.

What causes PTSD is stress. For example from being terrified someone or something is going to kill you, IE a soldier in the military in combat conditions. Or someone that had to sit through weeks of artillery attacks.

Mentally unstable people see gore or porn and react badly. However the majority of the conditioning to negative reaction is mostly cultural. 3rd world kids slaughter animals and only that small amount of actual mentally ill people have negative reactions. While if you butchered an animal in front of some middle class kids a very high amount out have strong negative reactions due to their underlying cultural mental illnesses.
