Cuck. You can literally go to any neighboring country and torrent whatever. Or buy an unlimited bandwidth SIM from any EU country for 20-40€ (per month). This is what I did when I was visiting. Afaik Germany is the only EU country where you have to register to buy SIM cards and I was allowed to torrent on my laptop unregistered.
