You know Sup Forums, I've heard vivaldi is a good, fast, and reliable browser, do you like it? Do you think it will be a suitable firefox replacement when firefox 57 comes out this november?

When 57 comes out you won't want to use anything else
I doubt that

You're stupid.
Why ?
When?
I've also heard op is a faggot.
Thread last night had a screencap of a popup shilling you to support their prefered legislatiob
This
I tried vivaldi, it just has a few issues with me
Biggest issue I had was the scrolling sucks. If you scroll up or down too fast on a long page, the browser blanks out and lags. And another thing, which is really fucking minor, but when your active tab is highlighted it creates a white box around the site logo which makes it look like ass. Can't fix that either.
No

That's not the full source

I wan to use Vivaldi, but this bug is so annoying. When will they fix it?
It has this shitty mobile browser feature where they reload inactive tabs to save resources. How to turn it off?
in the settings, alt+P by default I think, and of not vivaldi://settings should work, search for lazy loading or smth like that
yes, a popup on their website, not their browser. A website is allowed to be dynamic. it's not like it is with the firefox start page.
sounds like gpu problems
Yes. I were in browser limbo when Opera 12 support ended.
Then Vivaldi came!
Do you know what free software is?
strage
whats wrong with opera 48
If I recall, opera 12 is when the switch from presto engine to blink engine (chromium) was
>no tree tabs
I didn't like firefox 3.X because it had insane scroll lag, looping memory leaks, and trashy UI, so I tried opera.
I didn't like opera because it became chinkbotnet, so I tried vivaldi. I then decided that vertical tabs was a necessary feature for me which ruled out chromium.
I didn't like vivaldi because the GUI sucked CPU and was google botnet and vivaldi botnet. So I switched back to firefox (with vertical tabs addon) in hopes that the above complaints would not apply this time around even though I suspected they would because every other browser option was shit. Needless to say, it's still the same shit. So now I'm using vivaldi.
chinkbotnet
>Blurry text in windows
>Extra double blurry text in tab titles
it's literally prettied up Chromium, with the Google pings still in

Recommend some browsers that aren't for fucking idiots.
Slow lag even with nightly? Are you running Linux with nouveau? I've found that scrolling on pages is significantly worse than nouveau/compton, which I need because nvidia doesn't like Xen.
>A browser for our friends
You don't just get to say people are your friends, friends respect each others freedoms
Not nightly just normal, windows (but the scrolling was just as slow as I remembered with Linux pre-2010), using either mouse scroll wheel or two-fingers with touchpad. I the windows version ran even better with wine than the linux build. Just atrocious. Firefox has been been shit to me since 2.X and I don't see that changing even with all the hype for 57.
