ITT the best tech equipment you've ever purchased
they are ok, still have trouble stripping more than one wire at the same time and the built in wire cutter and crimper are useless

Do you still get arrested on airports with this?
Shit is solid and I payed 15 bucks for it.
My Samsung Galaxy S3. It's still working and with Lineage OS it's even already patched against krack.

The fuck is wrong with you caveman
>anything but bosch for construction tools
Must have obviously never worked at 39C in dust and mud
That's a hammer.
A butane/gas based soldering iron for quick work.
I don't want to a station on my table and electrical ones take too much time and hassle if all I want are quick joints.
depends what you need it for, but most likely battery is good enough for an average user.
Then get a battery one, butane gas equipment is a piss to clean
you can get those on battery too.
I know they cost ~ 4 times as much as the ones with a cord, but it is worth it.
I worked in construction before and after the battery were good and it saves so much time.
what makes you say so? I have no problems cleaning it.
also, battery based products are for women or kids. probably you drive electric car too.
There is simply no way a battery can provide the power of corded, it's nice if you work with drywall but getting a hole through a 1.5 meters STONE wall you find in the mediterranean housing is not happening on battery, at least not in under 15 minutes
they're a bit shit for thinner wire and they don't crimp for shit but they're a nice style of strippers all other things excluded
my man
they make perfect sense if you work in construction but as you say they cost a bunch more and if you're buying into cordless power tools you do kind of need to pick a brand and stick to it for the battery compatibility, at least mains voltage tools are cheap as shit used and have a decent amount of power in eu countries but they're a bit shit for 55v centre tap worksite voltage and the americas
dremel versatip literally just arrived for me a few hours ago
i've already burnt my hand with it
yes
>also, battery based products are for women or kids.
Why is Wera so shilled compared to lets say Swisstool, Wiha, Lux, etc.
Meant PB Swiss
I really like Wera's grip and in case of drivers the lasertip is fantastic.
Ratchets are good too.
Lux is shit.
Story?
Something something watch bombs and nanny/police state
Oh and Wiha is basically Wera but cheaper branding, good for electrical tools.
Not personally familiar with PB Swiss but I heard really good things about em.
It's famously the favourite watch of Osama Bin Laden and a prohibited item at Guantano Bay. The watch lends itself very well to constructing timed bombs.
Those things are normally used for IEDs. There's also a photo of Osama Bin Laden wearing it.

What is this a soldering iron for ants?
>battery based products are for women or kids
Yeah, I'll just throw my work laptop away and tell my company laptops are for women. Oh and mind you that normal cars have fucking batteries
>wanker
i have a Klein Tools 32500
granted, i usually just use the large phillips bit, but it's nice being able to switch bits if i need to
yes, laptops are for jaavscript artisans, women or LGBT
I got a Wera Kraftform Kompakt 20 Tool Finder for exchangable bits but 80% of the time I always end up using the regular Wera screwdrivers, both are sitting in the same place.
I pay geek squad to do my hardware and any wiring i may need. when you work all day why do it yourself?

Let me guess you are a voltlet american right?

110V is superior to 220V
This is a lot more fun to use than I would have imagined.
>needing twice the amps to do the same thing
Lolno, I can fire up my welding machine using a 20A breaker that's so small and cheap I could get it free at wellfare
Come on, even you don't believe this lie
Are these for circumsition?
there's also a photo of obama bin laden wearing one
find me a good crimper and electric rj-45 tester. and loopback plug. and 50 count rj-45 connectors so i can practice replacing them. and like 10 ft. Catx cable. ty

What toy is that?
It blows warm air on your face when you're exhausted from going back n forth installing cables and routers. Its mainly used by cable installers of major internet/cable service providers. Very effective in cooling you off, believe it or not.
This be real nice for a surplus meter and mine's in great condition too.
No idea. They're not even made in Germany anymore since they moved production to Czech Rep. But...
PB Swiss is hard to find and expensive.
Wiha diluted their brand by adding shit like pliers which are made in Vietnam. But compared to Wera their screwdrivers and bits are still made in Germany.

How is the Bluetooth? On old cyanogen versions it would cut out. I've not bothered to upgrade from cyanogen to lineage since it works fine still.
