There's nothing you can do I'm afraid. Mental health is extremely difficult to fix. There just isn't the understanding or resources. I've known three (3) anorexic girls close to my family growing up, and all three of them have come really close to death before. Periods stop (this happens quite early on) and then organs start to shut down, etc.
