Get a Thinkpad, I'm pretty sure there is one that fit your needs, just ask /tpg/.

The screen is pretty bad though, and they stutter on 1080p playback. I'm actually looking for an upgrade from this.

When I did watch anime though, I would use mpv on my desktop. Laptops should only be used for simple web browsing and word processing. They aren't meant for any kind of serious media playback.

I usually read on my phone, which has a 5.7" screen just because using tachiyomi to read is much more convenient than searching for each manga title/downloading the chapters individually on my computer.
