Party at my girls house

>Party at my girls house.
>someone left their phone here.
>two months later, nobody claims it.
>unrooted
>black cracked screen
>powers on and I can hear commands

What can I do with it? ADB doesn't recognize it, possibly as it isn't in USB debugging mode.

JAMAL

Give it back. David.

>two months later

Can u just charge it, and turn it on? Maybe somone will call?

Tyrone...

OP here
She literally just told me about it today.
If it rang, I can't answer it. The touch and the screen doesn't work.

Dashawn.

Steal mhl cable Jarwan and see if it outputs.

lol

I've got a cable. It connect and I can see it on my laptop. But can't get adp to recognize it.

recovery mode is probably avaliable in which case you could turn on usb debugging unless it's a samsung phone in which case you're fucked probably.

I can't see the screen.

I first have to cast the screen on my PC. What I've been at for two hours now.

Then bypass the password and then go into recovery mode.

>Dashawn.
Nice troll.

Are you an actual idiot? Most phones have a built-in recovery menu by holding down one of the volume buttons and power button. Then there's usually three options you can scroll through after with the volume buttons/rocker. USB debugging/Recovery, restart and turn off.

1/3 chance to select the right option to get into USB debugging.

>the autism strikes again

Did you read my post?

I can't see the screen. It's cracked and shows up black. I need to cast it onto a PC to see what is going on the phones screen.

why not go repair the screen then, go to any phone repair store thats shady as fuck and ask for it to be repaired 80 bucks is probably your cost, or how bout you try doing it yourself. Also try being civil dont be dumb otherwise they will get your act and not fix it properly.

Best advice I heard all day. For 80 bucks I might have a working phone. Thanks!

But once you select USB debugging you won't need to interact with the screen, it'll give you ADB access which would allow you to do what you need.

Okay, so here what I've thought of.

>Methode 1

>Flash custom recovery
>Flash the "lockscreen fixer" zip, which removes the screenlock file
>Enable ADB blindly.
>Cat around and see if you can find some useful shit.
Keep in mind, SIM is not usable, remove it before trying any of this.

>Methode 2

>Hope for a unlocked bootloader
>Boot into fastboot
>Download image of the /data partition
>Read image on a *
NIX system
>Find files that might identify the owner.

Another option that requires alot of precision is actually trying to dump the eMMC data into a image but this requires special tools and very accurate skills and not recommended for the average Sup Forumstard.

Just buy your phone for your bomb Mahammud.

...

>girls
>my
>she

>he tells you how to do it without needing to look at a screen
>you're too dumb to understand it

the autism strikes again indeed

you're fucking retards if you think a repair shop is going to fit any modern samsung lcd for $80

you are all so fucking clueless when it comes to phones

David? I've never met a black or mexican named David.
