There was an iMiui theme a while back for iOS 6 devices, pic doesn't do it justice. iOS 6 theming days in general.

Also Windows 7.

Damn. I didn't get much into jailbreaking until iOS 7 came out. The first time I ever jailbroke was so I could get the iOS 7 beta for free on my iPhone 4, I was so scared of bricking it.

Use this one next time.

would have been better if you used an older version of OSX desu

Longhorn looked so good for the time, it still looks pretty decent today. I really liked how Vista looked too but it wasn't as good as Longhorn 4074.

Thought about it, but the first mac I ever used had Snow Leopard so it's nostalgic to me.

>gigantic conrol buttons
are you 70 y/o?

Longhorn, Courier and other Microsoft vaporware.
Why so nostalgic for things that essentially didn't exist?

>I really liked how Vista looked
A triumph of style over substance.

This looks like bootleg Windows 7 honestly. Vista at least looked polished.

so comfy dude

I agree, new Mac OS is never going to be the same. Windows is similar. Everything became flat, I miss the old style.

is there a formal name for that style? Like Snow Leopard (or previous) and Windows XP? Kinda bubbly?

Apple switching to a grey Finder sidebar was puzzling

Agreed, I guess they figured the texture didn't match the bullshit flat style everyone is going for.

I have that background as well!

It's truly the best Windows background.

The patrician's choice

I miss pre mobile era web. Flat design and material meme ruined the internet.

Any other oldfags in here?

I used Mac OS 8 as a kid.

mind uploading it here?

How old are we talking here?

My first OS was MSDOS on an IBM PS/2. Seeing these guys posting these newer OSes and iOS as nostalgic makes me feel old as fuck

Eh, how the UI functions would've also been good. Example, you go to the Contacts folder to add a contact, then you pin that contact to the Sidebar, and any time you email or call said contact, it shows up in the Communication History folder, and any time that contact emails or calls you specifically, the Sidebar will show a notification. And unlike Windows 10 notifications, each notification can be paused if you want.

Also, another thing, the Taskbar and Sidebar could be merged into one single bar.

My family's first computer was a PS/2 with Win 3.1

I used plain DOS a lot at school and stuff growing up.

i remember being excited over this demo clip

>tfw basically nothing in this video was used or probably even actually made

Here's a PNG version of it since this site doesn't support BMP (the background's original format).

Good old times.

Is there a website where you can get these old tiled wallpapers?

just download a win3.1/win95 image, they're pretty small (~12/50M) and extract the .cab's

I just posted it .
If you want the file itself, get a Windows 2000 or XP ISO and rip the image.

thanks, user
