Microsoft collects your voice (everything you say when the computer is on), your passwords, credit card information, username, your internet search history, it allso regularly searches your files and flags if they find anything that seems illegal (there was a court case where Microsoft were sued by previous employees who had a job looking at all the pedo snuff porn windows users kept on their computers) whenever you open a file or close a file then information is sent to windows servers, they also sometimes send whole files if the AI flags it. They also look for pirated software and sell information to companies of who owns pirated software.

Due to CISA ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cybersecurity_Information_Sharing_Act ) microsoft is allowed to sell EVERYTHING you input into their service. Because it's not like Linux where you own the OS you use. MICROSOFT owns the OS and everything you input into it is Microsoft's property by default. You only have a user license to use the OS. So they are free to sell your information, which they do. Advertisers can buy all sorts of information from Microsoft.

But you should know about this, Microsoft do not hide it. This is not a secret, they mention everything CLEARLY in the terms and conditions when you install Windows 10 or use it for the first time.

Ok let me lay it out for you. I could talk to you about how important open source is, how scary a closed binary is, and why its horrifying when your whole OS is one, but most importantly: Microsoft was one of the first adopters of the NSA surveillance program PRISM. look it up on Wikipedia.

They, Google, Apple, i think Facebook and others are *confirmed* to be spying on you for the NSA. Because of this, using Windows or Google means you're already compromised. A common solution is to install Linux as a single, primary OS. I would suggest something like Ubuntu or Linux Mint to start. Also, down the line, don't use any google websites or products. Start with duckduckgo as your search engine IMO, it's good enough, and later consider dropping Youtube and Android phones (might have to get a dumbphone, welcome to 2017 and hiding from the lizards.)
