I don't see anything wrong there. Onedrive setup is pegging the CPU but it won't run for very long. You haven't sorted by memory so I can't tell if anything is using too much RAM, but a lot of that is likely to be cache or something else harmless.

What are the specs of the machine and how well does it perform when actually using it instead of obsessing over numbers?
