1070ti = 1080

Kek

>7% against bad aib card
>equal to strix 1070
>costs 450 MSRP for no reason
>can't buy for MSRP, cheaper to get 1080

is this a joke? did jacketman made a joke?

>gta v benchmarks that don't show minimums
Worthless

Heavily overclocked 1070 Ti = stock Founders Edition 1080

Then you overclock the 1080.

>b-b-but you cant oc the 1070ti

AMDfags BTFO

>152-164 watts for the peak load

Not bad.

>350 watts on 980ti
Lightning? More like solar flare

1080s on sale at newegg right now

I am not impressed

Useless card

What is the pint of this card again?

It's a cheaper 1080.

...

...

That's my RX Vega 56 on 64 BIOS BTW and I paid £380 for it.

Shame it shits the bed in 90% of games.

It's adequate for 60+ FPS (usually much higher) in 99% of games on my Freesync 40-144Hz monitor so I don't give a fuck.

and for the other 1%

Great, you can play Wolfenstein for the next twelve months, I bet Doom was getting stale.

You missed the bit about games being playabable well above 60 fps (at 1440p I might add) on my Freesync display.

Your eyes can't see pas 90Hz anyhow

>Your eyes can't see pas 90Hz anyhow
Perhaps your eyes can't.

It's the new 970 in the sense it's 150 bucks cheaper than the x80 vatient but can OC to match it. Pretty neat desu.

>He pays $700 to play at over 200 FPS
>He turns everything to ultra because he thinks he can actually tell the difference between ultra and high.

>he waits 15 months for a noisy housefire
>can't even enjoy games maxed
wew lad

>1070s are selling for £350 now

So the mining bubble has finally burst? The temptation is real.

Reviewers are unimpressed on price and neither am I.

'GeForce GTX 1070 Ti lands just where you’d expect it. Nvidia knew its target and hit it. We only wish the company was more aggressive with pricing. Instead, it chooses to leave nothing on the table. Expect great frame rates at 2560x1440, similar to GeForce GTX 1070 and Radeon RX Vega 56, but nothing you haven’t seen before. '

>Not buying a Aorus GTX 1080 or 1080 TI on Black Friday instead of this nothing card.

It's not impressive for an Nvidia card because they've been killing it with the released in the last few years. Compared to the competition though it's very impressive. They literally just killed off their competitor with a half assed release which is hilarious.

Vega was doa tho

At least the launch was funny.
This is just boring.

Even Linushill tips thinks it's bullshit

Good think nobody cares about Linus then. Hardware unboxed thinks it's really good and he's probably one of the only good YouTubers left.

It's good. But it's not THAT good. Especially when it sits so close to the GTX 1080 and will eat into the 1080 sales (or visa versa).

Half a quart

I's rather obvious that they are quitly going to stop producing the 1080 so they have spare GDDR5x capacity to start producing volta cards.
