Did that sink jpeg actually have anything in it, or was it just bait. I tried converting it to a .png decoding it but that obviously didn't work. Serious replies only please this is affecting my sleep.

Tried using steghide but I don't know the password. There's a python script on the internet to bruteforce passwords on steghide but I don't have time to download the required libraries and the dictionaries to perform the bruteforce.
