Kinda? I'm Korean and I have brown hairs when I look into a mirror with the lights on. But it's not noticeable, my mom has brown hair but she dyes it all the time. I also know another Korean dude who has brown hair. Kinda wish I had more brown hair and maybe I will when I get older because everyone else has black hair.
