It could very well be real. In the US, no big company would ever send out a letter like this, however a small privately owned company can send out whatever they want; It most likely wouldn't hold up in court, but the company can still send this

It really is surprising how picky and narcissistic employers are with hiring people now. It used to be employers would bend over backwards to get you to work for them. Now they can shuffle through hundreds of resumes and complain about lack of "talent".

What happened?
In my most horrible interview the chick was like "oh, so you like videogames and that!" and im like "no, im a computer tehcnician..."
To tl;dr it, the HR bitch ironically offered me a job as a janitor.
I don't know what's worse, the interview per se or the fact i considered it.
