I have an MXQ one. It's really slow and buggy. Android 4 too. It is good for Kodi and retro emulation though. Just wish it wasn't so shitty. Maybe the pricier models are better I got the cheopo one.

So do you guys think a Chuwi13 with the keyboard add-on dock and pen for £270 was a decent buy? My brother got a Chuwi Hi10 Plus and I was really impressed with it, so I wanted to get my own but with a full metal body and keyboard.
I use a GPD Win as my portable computer and it's pretty solid for indie games, and the z8700 runs surprisingly well on Windows 10 with some registry tweaking, but it's pretty uncomfortable for web browsing and typing and watching movies on for extended periods, and it doesn't really have the battery to do both in one day and I underclock a little it to keep the thermals capped since it's plastic shelled and the heatsink is pretty shitty (I got a second batch one of the first revision, so turbo boost and fast ram speeds enabled in bios only caused me problems. Blue screen problems and freezing mostly, but downclocked RAM and 99% CPU setting fixed it). I get paranoid plugging it into a constant power source, so I charge to full, then use till about 20%, then turn completely off and then charge.
I realise an Apollo Lake N3450 and 3k screen don't exactly work that well together, but I plan to run it at 720p/1080p if I'm doing anything remotely intensive on it. Mostly plan to stream games from my main PC and my PS4 onto it.
Just thought I'd use it as a small cheap laptop for light use. One that I could rotate around like my other brother's old i3 Lenovo laptop, but I can also use it like a tablet, should I wish to.
It's a lot cheaper than most core M models but with a much better IPS panel. Not at all as good in terms of computing power or graphics power, but still a bit better than cherry trail, which is perfectly fine in my experience.
I got another laptop, an Acer 5755g with a 2670qm and GT630M but it only lasts two hours on a third party battery and it gets so hot it literally burns my lap if I don't run Linux on it. And these days 1366x768 resolution is pretty crap, and it has a poor quality screen in general with bad colors.

So you plug the tv box into your tv and you use it to use Netflix and Kodi, yea? You still have to have a netflix account and account for most of these apps I'm assuming? These are just cheap platforms to plug into your tv to access apps.
