Sup Forums already does everything that would happen at a meetup. That's what desktub, buttstations, and other shitty generals are for. I have attended meetings here in chile for different tech related interests.
Everytime there are only under graduates, 1 or 2 high schoolers that have amazing skills but no social life, most use iphones and lenovo notebooks.
No one drinks and everyone leaves early to study for an exam.
