If you're browsing Sup Forums on a Friday there's 0 chance you are normie enough to need to put "I know how to use Windows" on your resume. Having an operating system on your resume means you understand how it works, not just how to use it. Shit like, "What's the difference between a hard and soft link," or "How does Windows 10 defend against buffer overflows.
